I graduated from Swansea University with a masters degree in osteopathy in 2019. I have further qualifications in instrument assisted soft tissue, kinesiology taping, and combined sports and rigid taping. Outside of work, I have a background training in multiple martial arts but currently compete at a high level in kickboxing. This has helped me understand sports injuries and the importance of returning people to their sports and hobbies regardless of the level. I am a keen climber when I have time and I also enjoy the study of philosophy. During my studies I carried out extensive research centred around the nervous system and this has helped shape my approach to patients with chronic pain.
