Meet Our Team

I graduated from the University College of osteopathy with a masters degree in 2022. I also have further qualifications in sports massage and dry needling. I have a sporting background in both gymnastics and cheerleading at a world championship level. This has helped me to understand the impact that sport has on athletes from novice to elite level, and in particular the importance of strength training and flexibility. I was treated by Clinic Owner, Matthew Harding, 15 years ago and after working for him when I was a teenager I developed my dream to become on Osteopath. He has mentored me from then through to my qualification a few years ago. I love baking, exercising and spending time with my loved ones.
