Health Insurance

All of our osteopathic practitioners are fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council and between all of them they are recognised by all of the major health insurance companies. Please note however, that since June 2013 we have ceased our contract with BUPA due to un-acceptable changes in their terms. This unfortunately means that BUPA patients will no longer be able to claim for any treatment received at our clinic.
If you are hoping to pay for your treatment through your health insurance we advise you to do the following before commencing any treatment:
Please note that although we treat patients who are claiming on their health insurance we do ask that all treatments are paid for by the patient at the time of their visit. We will in turn then provide you with a receipt for your treatment in order for you to reclaim the cost from your insurer. Should you have any problems or queries with this please speak to our clinic manager, Georgina Burford.
Policy

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend an appointment you have made, or indeed no longer need the booking, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee may be incurred. It is unfortunate we have to put in place such a policy but we hope you understand that by freeing up appointments early on, patients in acute pain can take advantage of the availability.
